Looking for a nice salad/sandwich in Mill Valley or North Bay for Saturday.

I'd suggest staying in the downtown area (Mill Valley), so I'd suggest Piazza D'Angelo. It's solid. Not spectacular, but a good choice for salad/sandwich/light lunch.

Buckeye Roadhouse- is a great stand by where you can have good a good
salad and sandwich- in Mill Valley. Their slow cooked pork sandwich is
excellent. More on the heavier side.

Comforts Cafe- San Anselmo has the best selections of salads and a few
sandwiches, everything is fresh, very good and on the lighter side.
Casual cafe, bakery and take out.

In MV and adjacent to 101, there's Strawberry Village which has La Boulange, sandwiches and salads and more. It's right across from Pizza Antica if you change your mind about the s&s. If it's a nice day, you can lunch outside.

Excellent salads at Picco Pizza in Larkspur. No sandwiches on the menu, but the Strauss Soft Serve is delicious.
