Menu Selections at Abigael's

Bzdhkap Mar 15, 2007 07:32 AM

We're planning to celebrate a birthday with dinner at Abigael's. It's been a while since we were there, and I would love some recommendations of your current menu favorites - appetizers, salads, soups, mains, and desserts. Of course I'd like to hear about favorite steak choices, but also about fish and poultry choices as well.
Please feel free to include dishes that you would not recommend.
Thanks so much!

popcorn chicken is a joke. as is a $12 brisket eggroll. the chili is good and the argetine steak salad too. for main, the sea bass is excellent and the steaks are all fine, but dont compare to either le marais or PG, Solo, etc.

Went to Abigail's last night after not being there for about 2 years. Had always loved
the innovative & delicious menu but was now so disappointed. The popcorn chicken was good but was just too small a serving to warrant $12.00. The argentine steak salad was simply o.k. & the steak was kind of tough. The service was pleasant & fast though. I don't think I will be going back again. I'll be getting my steaks at le marais or prime grill.

I actually like staying upstairs in the Green Tea Room. Love the Lemon Grass Ice Tea, as well as the other dishes (you can order from the main Abigails menue as well)

For Appetizers my favorite is the smoked brisket egg roll - I also have enjoyed the popcorn chicken and bison chili -

For main cours you can not go wrong with any of the Rib/Eib Eye stek offerings have had them all and liked them all - but by far my favorite is they have it is the Bison Rib eye - tender seasoned exceptionally well -
