I'd have to guess that One and One on the corner of 1st and 1st would be serving Corned Beef and Cabbage.

I've gone to Alias on Clinton St. the past two years in a row on St. Pat's Day. Not sure if they're doing it this year but it was always delicious and included corned beef, cabbage and a guinness at a great price.
