High Gluten Flour? Local source?

Want to make pizza this weekend, and need high-gluten flour. I have a couple on-line sources to order it, but wondered if anyone knows a store that sells in in the South Bay area? I've already checked Cosentino's, they don't. Thank for any suggestions!

Try your local bakery . Any place that make bread has Hi- gluten flour

Another option for you is to mix 4-5 table spoons of gluten flour with all purpose. Gluten flour is readily available in many health food stores.

Are you near a Smart & Final? I got a big bag (25 lbs.?) of La Romanella High Gluten flour at Smart & Final (Saratoga Ave, near Westgate or Santa Clara El Camino Real both have this) for an absurdly low price. I can't remember the exact amount but under eight bucks I think. Been making homemade pizza or bread (no-knead bread and others) every weekend, and I've been surprised at how fast I've been using the flour. Before that I had been buying King Arthur at Whole Foods in Los Gatos. Excellent, but more pricey. I have not noticed any decline in the quality of the finished pizza/bread after switching to La Romanella.

Check out the Milk Pail Market in Mountain View, on California off San Antonio Rd. They carry a nice selection of Giusto's flours in 5-lb. bags.

try whole Foods, especially the one in Los Altos, they have a great selection of flour.
