where to find wonton skins and black sesame seeds

I live in downtown Toronto and I'm looking for wonton skins and black sesame seeds.

Any suggestions on the best place to find these items in the downtown area.

Thanks

Wonton skins at any high volume Chinese grocer. Goma(white or black sesame seeds)are usually fresher at Korean stores where the turnover is faster(store 'em air-tight in the fridge at home).

any grocery store in Chinatown would have them, Whole Foods in Hazelton has them too -- your choice on preferred shopping ambiance

We bought some decent wonton wrappers at the Queen's Quay Loblaws a few weeks ago. After much wandering we found them in the open wall cooler in the produce section, quite near to the cash registers.

i've never really had a problem finding either of these and as jennaboo mentioned, any chinatown grocery is your best bet. for the wonton skins, be sure to look in the tofu/cold asian section of your north american grocery stores for square plastic packages that have them stacked up. the asian ones tend to keep it in the fridge area by the fresh noodles.

I've bought won ton skins in No Frills. I'm pretty sure most grocery stores carry them.

I bought black sesame seeds at St. Lawrence Market a couple of months ago from the place downstairs that sells all kinds of asian sauces/condiments etc.

If you live downtown, the obvious place would be Chinatown! Any Vietnamese or Chinese supermarket should sell the skins.
