So I made a reservation for Le Jules Verne and could find no information about what Alain Ducasse had done. To help out anyone looking for this info in the future, here is what I remember about my amazing experience and excellent meal.

Lunch - prix fixe 3 course 65 Euros or a la carte menu (items range about 50 to 150 Euros)
Dinner - 145 Euro tasting menu or same a la carte menu available at lunch

The restaurant is modern, views are amazing, service is impeccable.
Seemed to be seatings at 12, 12:30, 1, and 1:30, but only one service for lunch. We were there from 12:30 til about 3:45.

When you sit down they push champagne (they asked about 3 times if we wanted it) - seemed annoyed we only asked for water - but we ordered a bottle of champagne with lunch. Alain Ducasse special vintage was about 90 Euros.

Warm gougeres served at seating.
Then bread.
Amuse bouche was a warm tomato gelee with frothy hollandaise on top - ok, kinda strange

Appetizers - smoked salmon over chopped veggies and cauliflower veloute. Both were great and different with amazingly complex flavors. There was a third choice I don't remember.

Entrees - meager (a white fish) with spinach, pine nuts, orange zest, light cream froth poured over the top, and prime rib. Both were fantastic. Fish was very unusual. There was a third choice I don't remember and they were offering scallops in the same manner as the fish.

Dessert - strawberry shortcake (more like a wild strawberry tart thing with rose ice cream), chocolate orange praline tower, and rhum baba. We had the first 2. The strawberry was light and fruity. The chocolate was very strongly flavored and rich. We did not order the baba and that was a mistake. We thought it would be too heavy, it looked AMAZING. And huge - served in 3 different containers with passion fruit topping.

With dessert came a plate of six cookies.

Coffee was good. Served with a sugar bowl containing what looked like chocolate sugar cubes. They were in fact rich dense yummy espresso truffles.

Total cost for 2 prix fixes, 2 bottles of water, glass of muscat, espresso, capuccino = 271 Euros.

And it was a truly great meal and an amazing day.
