Tue Mar 13 12:20:54 -0700 2007 13981 foodseeker 1 2381701 Some of the better places that are centrally located AND have outdoor seating: B Restaurant - Metreon so you can park in the Mission Garage Foreign Cinema - in the Mission, parking isn't that bad on WE during the day Cafe Bastille - parking isn't that bad on weekends & you can always opt for the Stockton-Sutter Garage Red's Java - haha total dive but they have their own parking, outdoor seating, no crowds, full bar and acceptable food if you provide a detailed order. But the major plus for me is that is "sitting on the dock of the bay" that you just can't get anywhere else.
