Not sure if you were looking just for restos, but there is (at least) one Rom deli store which has prepared foods. Here's where I shop often:

Transylvania closed about 3 years ago- it's the only Romanian restaurant I know of that has operated in Toronto recently.

I think the closest you'll be able to get is to order the wooden platter, cabbage rolls, schnitzel, palascinta, etc. at a Hungarian, Polish or Serbian restaurant.

Some Bosnian and Macedonian restaurants also serve cevapcici/cevapi, which are very similar to Romanian mittitei. Madera has cevapi on the menu - http://www.maderatoronto.com/
            Has anyone tried Madera?

I was at Madera last week for the first time, and will definitely go back. I went with a Macedonian friend, who did the ordering. Everything we had was fantastic, and we tried a lot of different things. He says the food is exactly the way it is in Macedonia. My favourites were the red pepper dip and the beans, but all the meats were delicious too. And the cabbage salad. And the potatoes. And everything else.
