Having a St. Patty's day party on Sat. night and I just came across a bottle of Bailey's among in my liquor cabinet. Does anyone have some good suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Well we make Chip Shots over the holidays but they would be great for St. Patty's Day. It's 1 part Baileys, 1 part Tuaca or to taste, splash of coffee to warm it up, and topped with whipped cream.

Was perusing Epicurious and they had the following on their front page (Bailey's Pudding Parfait):

Using Irish cream as the liquor in Tiramisu is also a terrific use. It's overtop with chocolate shaved on top.

Excellent idea especially since I have ladyfingers - Thanks!

The Bailey's site has a handful of dessert recipes available:

Irish Cream Cake - I just posted the recipe for this yesterday, coincidentally.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll probably check out their website but the bundt cake sounds perfect.
