If you don't mind heading up to Towson, the Golden Gate Noodle House is top notch HK (Cantonese) food with noodle dishes and soups a specialty. Its just across Allegheny from the Barnes & Noble. Highly recommended.

The only reasonably decent authentic Chinese in B-more is Chinatown Cafe on Park Ave. Noodles, however, aren't the specialty. Great for seafood, good dim sum, decent congee.
