Saigon Grill on UES

Does anyone know if this is ever opening? It's been under renovation for a year, and I'm totally craving some Vietnamese!

    Passed by just a couple of days ago. The place is still under construction, but the sign says something to the effect of "...in the meantime, please visit our other 2 locations," so I do believe they're planning to reopen. No idea when.

      I went by recently as well and it looked to me that they were making a lot of progress with the construction.
