Transliteration of Thai to English is always a crapshoot. You'll often see a half dozen spellings of the same word. I always just try for American phonetics, in this case, "Aw Taw Kaw".

With the Kamphaeng Phet subway stop, exit #3 (cropped off in photo), right out front, the market is now very easy to find.
