Home-cooking courses in Connecticut?!

I have been trying to find a non-professional cooking course to take in the summer to improve my home-cooking. I have been unable to find any schools or places that offer this on the internet and wondered if anyone might know where any courses may be offered. I live near New Haven and thus should be grateful if anyone would let me know if they know any places around there.

cooks-kitchen in Madison offers classes, check their web site. They also offer private classes, just let them know what area you are interested in learing.

Connecticut Culinary Institute has courses that average non-food professionals attend. They were in Farmington and are moving to downtown Hartford, not sure if they already made the move or not.
