Is Slanted Door better at lunch or dinner?

I currently have a reservation for 5:30 (the only time they had availability) but am contemplating changing it to lunch. Is there a remarkable difference between food quality or scene from lunch to dinner?

Lunch, of course, for the view which is tdf.

      Second on that.

The menus are pretty similar. Lunch is cheaper, are the portions smaller? If so I never noticed.

At 5:30 there will be plenty of light to check out the views. As long as you can get a table it shouldn't matter much, lunch and dinner are usually packed either way. At 5:30 you may get an annoying after-work crowd in the bar, but if your table is ready on time that should not be an issue.
