Trying to decide on which would be more interesting for dinner. Also pricewise, are they comparable?
If you do end up going to Le Colonial, I heartily recommend the monkfish appetizer. The atmosphere can be a bit cheesy, but you can find some good (semi-authentic) things on their menu.
Le Lan is more expensive and more french. Le Colonial is less expensive and more Asian.
