Menudo in Chicago?

Taking a trip to Chicago in a couple of months and have a craving for some good menudo. I looked at nuevoleon's website and noticed they serve it there but would like to have recommendations from anyone who has actually tried it there ...... or any other suggestions for great menudo. Thanks in advance!

You must make a stop at La Casa Del Pueblo in Pilsen on Blue Island just south of 18th street accross from Church's chicken. It's been around for around 40+ years. This is where Mexican people come to enjoy homestyle Mexican Food. This is not a taco and burrito house. The mole, champurrado, orchata, menudo, tostada's & Sope's (they're usually pretty mediocre at most restaurants...not here, they're unbelievable), awesome tamale's, picadillo, chicken soup, etc, etc are outstanding! Cafeteria Style restaurant. Also stop at the grocery store nextdoor for very good produce, butcher shop, Mexican stuff, etc.

I'm not sure about the downtown area but if you have access to a car about 30 Min's away in n/w Indiana there's a Mexican restaurant by the name of Casa Blanca that serves up a great bowl of red Menudo.
