Orange Cream? Sunset/Alvarado

Has anyone noticed the sign for "Orange Cream" on the corner of Alvarado and Sunset? It looks alot like the Pinkberry logo. Anyone know if this is a similar yogurt place? Should be an interesting addition to the neighborhood...

      Is this open or about to open? It's seemingly laid dormant for over a year, but, driving past today, the banners I saw a few months ago were replaced by a real sign, and there were service windows - albeit shuttered with those rolldown doors. (It was about 11:00 A.M.) Anyone in the neighborhood know what's going on with this place?

        It's been that way for 3-4 weeks - at least it's cleaned up a bit now.

        Can you keep me posted on this OrangeCream place? I work for a Travel Company and we're thinking about doing something on the competitively emerging frozen yogurt world. Just let me know anything you may find out: a website, exact address, local newspaper clipping. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

          So far I haven't heard anything.. I live close and drive by all the time, but still just the sign and orange cream logo hanging there. The only mention I have found of it is
