Wine with chicken in a poblano cream sauce?

Maybe a medium pinot gris? A sauvignon blanc? Any suggestions?

  1. Pinot Gris/Grigio. Pinot Blanc/Bianco. Gruner Veltliner. French Rosé. Champagne. Beer?

    1. Personally, sounds like a good time for some sangria. A white sangria would do very nicely, I'd think.

      Barring that, a white from the Rioja region might pair nicely.
