Where's the good Greek Restaurant in Mobile Al. area??

We live in Daphne for 2 years and have yet to find a great Greek place. I thought about going to the church in Malbis and asking there! We've been to the greek festivals, but perhaps we are spoiled with Greek town in Detroit. But, I'd surely like a little flaming cheeses and good Greek cooking! Price is no object! Thanks!

This is a toughie. There is some sort of new Greek place in Daphne that I haven't made it to yet.

There's also a place called Zorba the Greek on Hillcrest in west Mobile.

Or you could wait for Greek fest in the fall at the Greek Orthodox Church in Mobile.

The Jerusalem Cafe at Airport and University, which is Palestinian actually, speaks some of the same culinary language. It's usually where I'm headed to sit down for Middle Eastern food.

You might also consider the Food Pak, on Old Shell Road east of University. It's a market, but they do gyros. It's where I buy kalamatas and feta.

Definitely Zorba the Greek. The food is great. I love the lentil soup, the hummus, and the gyros!
