Uptown Diner -- Charleston

Has anyone tried the Uptown Diner, which just opened in the old Bookstore Cafe space on upper King St?

    I actually had lunch there yesterday. A tilapia fish sandwich -- very good. The slaw was nicely done, as well -- not swimming in gooey sauce.The meatloaf got a good review too. The breakfast menu looks more interesting to me -- downtown Charleston definitely needs another good breakfast option. I look forward to hearing others' reviews.

      I just made a lunch date there for Friday...will let you know how it goes.
