They have a good beer selection and the cuisine is mostly continental--great for steaks or fish & chips.

I haven't been in over a year. But on my last visit I remember it being better than average pub food in a very traditional pub setting. The thing is, when I'm in the area and want pub food, I almost always go to Molly's instead. Not to take anything away from Crooked Knife, everything there is good, I just keep overlooking it.

I went there for St.Patricks' Day 2 years ago,it was brilliant. I come from Cavan and met some friends i hadn't seen in so long. The atmosphere was electric, staff were so friendly, and the food was s tasty. They had bacon and cabage, stew, just felt like home. I would reccomend this place for a a tasty home cooked meal or just a friendly couple of drinks!
