i miss the roasted long island duckling at anthony's. does anyone know of a roasted duck or duck confit that can come anywhere near that? bone-in, of course, but the key is crispy skin.
I would think that your best bet would be at a Chinese restaurant, or some fine dining french restaurant. I have never tasted it myself but sounds good. Have you googled that question? Might work.
The grocery store in the Dynasty Mall at Bellaire and Corporate has been known for over 15years of having the best duck in the city. Get there early cause they sell out everyday.
