ISO Eggs Sardou

Hello, can anyone tell me where I can find eggs sardou? I thought Balthazar had this on the menu but I checked and they do not. Pastis used to serve them but no longer does (they do, however, serve Eggs Hussarde for those who are interested). Cajun restaurant supposedly served this but I understand they've closed. Any leads here would be most appreciated.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I really really miss the Eggs Sardou at Pastis.

I did a find-a-food search on menupages and came up with 7 options, and only 3 of them are in Manhattan, and one of THOSE (Cosmos), I would not recommend for this dish. So weird, because I feel like I used to see Eggs Sardou everywhere. Miss Natalie's Tree suggestion seems like your best bet.
