MSP-St Paddy's Day treats

For several years, we have gotten take-out corned beef and cabbage dinners at Westrum's (on Nicollet in So Mpls) on St Paddy's Day. A nice pile of yummy slow-cooked meat, potatoes and cabbage for I think about $8.00. Westrum's suddenly closed at the end of February and now we are searching for a similar treat. Anything you can share? Thanks!

  1. Great idea for a post. Off the top of my head, I remember that St. Paul bagelry (at the strip mall at Lexington & Larpenteur) does green (spinach?) bagels for St. Patty's day.

    1. There's always the Local, one of my favorites.

      1. Husband picked up a shamrock shake at McDonald's this week :)

        1. I'm sure that Keegan's, Kieran's, the Local, and a number of other Irish bars will be serving this so-called traditional Irish dish over the next week or so. Good luck!
