Anything around 63rd Ave/T-bird? (PHX)

azhotdish Mar 7, 2007 02:08 PM

I rarely go the WEST SIDE but am forced to play a tennis match out there tomorrow evening - anything decent located around 63rd Ave/Thunderbird? I'm open to anything, as I have no idea what is in the area.

We tried it once and weren't particularly impressed, but it's a red sauce kind of place and I'm not a red sauce fan. My husband loves lasagna so of course that's what he had, and he liked it well enough but as I recall we thought it was rather expensive for what we had.

Yup. Chanpen. I love their Thai food and the chicken satay is excellent. I also like the Pineapple Fried Rice (ask for extra cashews).

I was gonna recommend Chanpen as well. Get the satay. It comes with a great peanut sauce. It's in the shopping center on the northwest corner of Thunderbird and 51st Ave.
