chicken hotlinks & shrimp - what would you make?

I have these in the fridge, thinking of making some sort of pasta but not sure exactly what and how.. Any other ideas? I have to go to the store later anyway.

  1. Jambalaya is an option

      1. Make a tortilla (Spanish-style) or frittata with the shrimp, chicken links, red bell pepper and onion. Cook the latter two ingredients in an omelette pan with some olive oil until soft, then add the shrimp and then the sausage. (If the sausage is uncooked, you should cook it first, probably separately because it tends to be greasy. Slice the sausage into rounds if it's large.)

Then add 5 beaten eggs to the pan and cook on low until firm. Run under a broiler for less than one minute to firm and lightly brown the still-soft eggs on the top.

This makes a great appetizer when cut into wedges.

Thank you, Mr. Cookie, that sounds good too! I wouldn't have thought of it either.
