chicken hotlinks & shrimp - what would you make?
Make a tortilla (Spanish-style) or frittata with the shrimp, chicken links, red bell pepper and onion. Cook the latter two ingredients in an omelette pan with some olive oil until soft, then add the shrimp and then the sausage. (If the sausage is uncooked, you should cook it first, probably separately because it tends to be greasy. Slice the sausage into rounds if it's large.)
Then add 5 beaten eggs to the pan and cook on low until firm. Run under a broiler for less than one minute to firm and lightly brown the still-soft eggs on the top.
This makes a great appetizer when cut into wedges.
