Does anyone know of any restaurants in Thornhill or Richmond Hill using ingredients which showcase the foodstuffs of local producers, be it produce, meat, cheese, condiments, etc.?
I'd like to second your request and maybe expand the area to the whole northern Greater Toronto Region to improve the odds.
