Need ABQ suggestions for New Mexican that serve dinner after 6pm

Next month we will be in Albuquerque for 3 dinners. I THINK for 2 of them we'll be going to Ambrozia and El Norteno (not cast in stone, however). We'd like the 3rd to be New Mexican but I've noticed that many of them (Mary & Tito's, La Esquina, Perea's in Corrales, for example) either don't open for dinner or only serve up until 6 or so and we prefer a later dinner time. We're staying at the Hyatt Tamaya so are very flexible whether going into the city or somewhere a bit north. Any suggestions?

Mary and Tito's is way better than Sadie's. I'd skip the drinks and just go for the food to Mary and Tito's. Last time I went to Sadie's I was unimpressed. It was ok but not the a great representation of NM food. I could name a half dozen fast food NM places that I felt had better food.

So it sounds like Sadie's is the place, if we want the "full" experience-Good New Mexican food, a later dinner and booze! Thanks for all of your help.

M&T's doesn't serve alcohol, just so you know. Sadie's has great margaritas. So does Garduno's, but it's not as New Mexican as Sadie's.

Mary & Tito's is open until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, just FYI.

Sadie's on 4th Street is open until 9pm every night, and 10pm on the weekends. It is very loud, however. Ditto for Garduno's, and I think their hours are also pretty late.
