rigatoni bolognese

does anyone have a receipe for this great meat sauce?

    1. I like that one... especially in lasagna, when I put it on pasta, I usually add part of a can of crushed, or small dice tomatoes.

          1. I make one that is very similar to Batali's. However, my partner doesn't eat red meat so I make mine with duck, chicken and turkey (thighs, in the case of the chicken and turkey). I skip the celery entirely because I just don't like it in the sauce. I run everything through my Kitchen Aid food grinder attachment (including the veggies). The rest of the technique and ingredients are almost identical to Batali's recipe linked above.
