Kangaroo in US restaurants

Hi there! Can anyone help me find a restaurant in the US that regularly serves kangaroo on their menu?

I know there are a couple of Australian themed places, and also a few exotic game restaurants that sometimes have it as a special, but can anyone point me to a standard restaurant that's made Kangaroo meat part of it's normal menu, or often has it as a special? Anywhere will do; I travel a lot- but so far no luck!

I had kangaroo at The Magic Castle in Hollywood. It tasted like barbecued beef, if I recall correctly.

This is a link to a story that is about a New York chef who serves kangaroo on his menu.

Click on the link for the Restaurant called Public and check the menu for yourself.

There's a few Aussie places in New York that I know of, but it's not always on the menu. I've seen it at Eight Mile Creek on Mulberry St, Bondi Road on Rivington and the Sunburnt Cow on Ave C.

The meat is a little gamy for me, but the sausage version at the Sunburnt Cow is awesome.

Some Cabela's stores serve sandwiches with game meat. It might be worth trying to see if they have one with kangaroo. I know they have elk and buffalo and wild boar. I don't know if their sandwiches are just game meat from the US or not.
