Pinot Provence. It's in the Westin across from South Coast Plaza, but it's not at all a "hotel restaurant'. Wonderful French/Mediterranean food.

Troquet did close, but there is another restaurant that will soon open there. I do belive it is to be a French one as well. Not sure when though.
