Had lunch at Coco Pazzo on Friday and it was very good. It's on St. Clair which is a block east of Michigan Ave.

Their location on St. Clair, which is indeed close to Michigan Avenue, is actually called Coco Pazzo Cafe - www.cocopazzocafe.com It's the slightly less expensive cousin of their original location, further west, which is called Coco Pazzo ( www.cocopazzochicago.com ).

Bice is another option for good Italian in the Michigan/Ontario area. www.bicechicago.com
