Urgent - Alternative to Bix for a Monday?

Got some hoity-toity clients here for the Gamers convention. We were going to take them to Bix this evening as a favorite for class, great Sidecars, ambience, and tableside tartare. They are closed for a private event and need to find an alternative - Fast.

What's open on Mondays that exudes class and will enable *some* modicum of business conversation without too much loud music or surrounding chatter?

    1. What about Frisson or Jardiniere? Both appear to have tables available. Be sure to ask for a quieter table at Frisson. Jardiniere should be no problem.

        1. Looking at opentable, I'd consider Bacar, Kokkari, La Folie, Piperade, Rubicon, and Scott Howard.
