Wegmans has a large selection of seasonal candy goodies in its bulk candy section. Also, most of the area's malls have one or two candy stores with similar selections and somewhat higher prices. For plain chocolate in bulk, Trader Joe's house brand of Belgian just-over-a-pound bars are quite good.
