Trader Joe's frozen, SWEET pineapple
This was mentioned a long time ago, but is worth restating. TJ's frozen pineapple is intensely sweet, like the bottom part of a fresh pineapple. So much better than the canned version. It defrosts quickly if you lay portions out on a plate at room temperature. Worth keeping a few bags in the freezer all the time!
