Good bubble tea in Olympia area?

I've recently started enjoying bubble tea, but I'm finding some differences depending on where I get it.

The best perl tapioca I've had was at Cyclo Pho on Broadway in Seattle. The tapioca itself actually had its own flavor. Very good.

Then I tried Bubble Island in Lacey. I like the drink as a whole, but their tapioca is completely flavorless.

Anyone know of any local places to get really good bubble tea (where the tapioca has its own flavor)?
