Laptop-friendly coffee shop near Manhattan Beach

I used to love doing work on my laptop in coffee shops, but I'm at a loss as to where to go now that we've moved to Manhattan Beach. A lot of the coffee places around here seem to have very limited seating and a constant influx of patrons. Looking for a coffee shop with plenty of seating and a reasonably quiet atmosphere (not looking for library-like quietness, moderate noise is actually good, just not a huge social scene). Somewhere where I could reasonably sit for a couple of hours with a coffee drink and a laptop. Lots of outlets is a plus, but not a necessity (I've got a long battery life). Honestly, quality of coffee is not as important as a reasonable atmosphere for doing some work...to that end, any chain (Starbucks, whatever) is fine, as are independent coffee shops...it's all about proximity to MB and a work-friendly environment. Any suggestions? Please help me get my dissertation back on track!!

Not exactly a coffee shop, but Panera Bread on 8647 South Sepulveda Boulevard by LAX has free Wi-Fi. There's a location on Lincoln in Marina Del Rey, too.

I searched "coffee Mahattan Beach" on Chowhound and this link came up:

It's an old thread, but it may help you. It looks like people mentioned Peet's and Starbucks.
