other than picholine, cafe des artise(?) rosa mexicana does anyone have any recommendations= we like all kinds of food!!!

Arte Cafe, on 73rd St. bet. Columbus & Amsterdam Aves. You can check their menu at menupages.com. It's a fairly inexpensive, neighborhood place. The food is very good (although not creative) and the service is attentive.

i have, of late for some reason, been hearing about arte cafe as a viable neighborhood spot. what did you order?

Sorry, I don't remember exactly what we ordered. It was a couple of months ago. We were 3, I had fish, my friend had pasta and my husband had the white pizza. I do rembember that all the food was good.
