Michelin Starred Restaurants with Fixed Price Lunch

At one time a few years ago, I had a list of the Michelin starred restaurants that offered lunch at a special price. We ate at Le Cinq one visit and Les Ambassadeures another time, and both were special experiences we will never forget. We are returning to Paris in May and would like to have lunch again at one of the great Parisian restaurants that offer a fixed price lunch in the neighborhood of 70 Euros without wine. We love to have the experience of dining at these special restaurants without having to take a second mortgage out!! While still pricey, lunch seems like a bargain compared to dinner tabs.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Oh Taillevent, even tho it lost a star (Politics, not quality) is always special, and their 70 Euro lunch is a great bargain! You won't regret it.

Highly recommend Le Violon d'Ingres, 135, Rue Saint-Dominique, 7th arr. Ch. Constant even lowered the price for the fixed price lunch. It's 45€ now and a true bargain. Reservation highly recommended.

In case you're a seafood lover, try his 'Les Fables de la Fontaine'.
For a simple, but still delicious lunch, 'Café Constant'.
Both as well on Rue Saint-Dominique.
