Good boxed wine is an oxymoron, right?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Am having a party and am wondering if I should try. The claim that it keeps for weeks because of the vacuum
intrigues me.

    Two pretty good box wines I've tried lately: Fish Eye Pinot Grigio (Cal) and Banrock Station Chardonnay (Aus). Real bargains for the equvilent of about $4.50 per bottle.

      Why worry about it keeping for weeks of your having a party ? My guess is that it will be gone at the end of the night. With that in mind, skip the box.
