Rotisseries at Paris markets open by 11am?

I'll arrive Paris next Fri morning, and have some free time between 9am-noon (will need to catch a train at around 12:30pm). Since most bistros don't open that early, I was thinking of grabbing a bite at one of market streets (rue cluny or rue mouffetard). Do you guys know whether the rotisseries will be open in the morning? i would really like to get some roast chicken take-out to eat on my train ride.
Thanks a lot!

the meat place across from Da Rosa's on rue du Seine has their roasted chicken's ready to go by 11am -- the potatoes aren't as good that early as they are later though.

You could try rue de la Roquette up near Place Leon Blum or rue Oberkampf. Should be roasting by then.
