Cocktail party ideas - with an old Southern feel

Hi - I'm looking for a bar or restaurant to hold a cocktail party - preferably one with an old-fashioned, possibly Southern feel to it, for about 100. Any suggestions? Anywhere in Manhattan is ok.

This isn't southern, but, Keen's has many private rooms and it's about as full of NYC history as anyplace in NYC! Most definitely worth checking out. www.keens.com

Although it seems quintessentially New Yorky I think that the Boathouse feels a bit like being in Commander's Palace in New Orleans. It would be a lovely place for a party

It's not particularly fancy (or southern) but it is old -- perhaps the Old Town Tavern (aka Old Town Bar and Grill) on 18th would rent the upstairs out for a cocktail party?
