Driving from Cape to Bridgeport to catch a ferry to LI...need a CT dinner tip

Where would you recommend for dinner on the Eastern side of CT or RI off of 95 or even 195 in RI? Heading back from LI on a Sunday in the Spring and need a great Chowhound tip..anything..
