I believe Whitehouse Meats in the St. Larwence Market sells duck.

Asian supermarkets have all manner of duck. I was at T & T at Bathurst and Centre yesterday, and they had bone-in duck legs, boneless duck breast, whole ducks, etc. I'm sure they'll cut it to order for you, and provide you with fat, as well.

I seem to remember someone mentioning that The Healthy Butcher has duck fat, and I seem to remember seeing some at Cumbrae's on Bayview last week.

Also the poultry shops at Kensington Market, esp the one on St. Andrew street, next to the Bright Pearl restaurant.

Try Reesor's at the Thornhill Farmer's Market.

Lakeland Meats near St. Catharines has not only duck, but a wide variety of other game, including: venison, caribou, elk, ostrich, wild boar, etc. Many of the best Niagara restaurants get their game from this supplier.
