Caviar?

Someone just gave me a set of 4 caviars...slightly used, but enough to do something with. Different flavors too...ginger, wasabi, beet, and 1 other.

I'm not a big fan, but I don't mind it. But I'm not really sure what to do with it! Is it strictly a crackers thing or are there recipes?

Please help!

I made a tasty app with roasted fingerling potatoes cut in half, a dollop of creme fraiche, a dab of caviar, and a tiny bit of chopped chives on top.

Cheese - caviar omelette: mix a bit of caviar with the egg. Use a mild cheese. Light sprinkle of chopped/torn cilantro upon serving. No salt or pepper.

caviar can be used as a great accent for another dish as well. I recently had an amazing dish at the French Laundry - a cauliflower panna cotta, coated with an oyster-based glaze and topped by a generous quenelle of caviar. It was a fantastic match, both in flavor and texture (and visually appealing too). So, if you chose a dish that paired well with the beet, wasabi, etc. flavorings involved, it could be quite tasty.

I have made this 'caviar pie' a few times and it is always a hit

I forgot about caviar pie. I'm a fan myself. But I'm wondering if the flavors might throw it off a little bit?
