Limoncello -- now what do I do with these lemons?

So I made limcello and now I have 24 zested lemons leftover. What's a creative way to make good use of them?
(I know, I know..lemonade but I don't really want all this lemonade. Isn't there another way?)

Make lemon meringue pie and lemon risotto with a few of them.
Then, juice the rest of the lemons and freeze the juice in ice cube trays.

Sqeeze the juice and freeze in ice cube trays. Once frozen remove them and put the cubes in a zip lock freezer bag. Now whenever a recipe calls for lemon juice, you will always have some on hand. A cube is usually about 2 oz.

Lemon curd is a great suggestion.. And freezing the juice in ice trays and using them later sounds excellent as well!

I make a potato salad with sliced potatoes, chopped onion, chopped fresh rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper, and the dressing is just olive oil and lemon juice. Serve at room temp, it uses a good bit of lemon juice. You can freeze the juice in ice cube trays, then pop them into a ziplock bag for future use. There's also chicken or veal piccata, which uses a good dose of lemon juice. Use the lemons to marinate lamb kebobs.

Salad dressing? Most sweet lemon things also call for some zest.
            Hummus.
