Any more like Hong Kong Palace?

My wife and I took a group of six to Hong Kong Palace in Falls Church last night for a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. This after having had a couple of lunches on our own there. We discovered the place here on Chowhound.

We particularly liked the tea-smoked duck, but the pork with garlic leaves was great, as were several appetizers (dan dan noodles, spicy beef, fried dumplings, etc.) It has been years since I had such good Chinese regional cooking in the DC area. Thanks, 'hounds.

BTW, the service, which has been reported here as sometimes spotty, was quite good last night. Very attentive; little delay in getting the orders out. But the house was only about half full.

So, now where to? I've read mention here of Joe's Noodle House. Is that in Rockville? That's a bit of a shlep, but I've done it before (for A&J).

Peking CHeers is astoundingly good when ordering from the Szechuan menu. Joes went thru a transition and I have heard reports its back. I saw reason for hope the last time I was there about 2 months ago.
