Vegas - Chinese

Looking for the Best chines in Las Vegas. Read about some of the high end Chinese restaurants in the Casino's, Wynn, Venetian, MGM... These are very high end. Any opinions on how good they are? I think Chinese is one of the world's greatest cuisines, and worth just as much as any high end French restaurant, if the quality is there. So, any opinions on the casino restaurants or others in Las Vegas that are worth exploring?
Thanks for the help.

  1. Wing Lei at the Wynn...Chef Richard Chen is great!

    1. We like Chang's at Ballys.

      1. Had an absolutely stunning meal at Wing Lei. A beautiful grand room, excellent, gracious, friendly service and out of this world food. Started with Cantonese Soup, followed by beef tendon appetizer. For main course had the pork belly with eggplant & garlic chili sauce & snow pea leaves with crab meat. Both dishes were fantastic. For desert had a cilled mango "soup" with tapioca pearls & alond cookies. Las Vegas is lucky to have such a fantastic restaurant

        1. Another vote for Wing Lei! I took had a pork belly dish, albeit a less spicy one. Braised Pork Belly is the same cut of pork used in bacon. Served in chunks about 1.5 inches square and a quarter inch thick, it was braised in some sort of flavorful liquid, and had the appearance of warm raw bacon, somewhat darkened by the sauce. Ah, but looks can be deceiving. It was quite flavorful, and just chewy enough to be pleasing. Accompanying it were slices of shiitake mushroom and chunks of daikon and bamboo shoot. A very interesting, very good dish. If you're a little adventurous, and can get past the thought of chewing hunks of bacon fat, I'd recommend it highly.
