      <content>Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar Scones
by Paula Lambert from The Cheese Lover's Cookbook &amp; Guide

I would make these scones again. We ate them warm with salted butter, but they were good at room temp also, so I think they would make a great brunch item. Pretty easy, especially with a food processor. Put flour, salt, and baking powder into the bowl, pulse a couple of times to sift, and then add unsalted butter and process until combined. I folded in cooked scrambled eggs, grated white cheddar , and crispy bacon. Then formed and cut into triangles. I didn't have the extra egg to make a glaze so they didn't bake to a pretty golden color, but they were still tasty!
