Does anyone have this recipe? I'd like to make it too soon to wait for amazon to send. Thank you so much!

The recipe with the green cracked olives doesn't feature preserved lemons.

w/ lemon and olives (Djej Makalli) has:
        1 chicken w/2 chicken livers
        6or7 cloves garlic
        1 t ginger
        0.25 t black pepper
        1 pres. lemon, rinsed
        0.25 c oil
        0.25 t saffron
        0.5 c onion
        6 sprigs cilantro
        0.5 c calamata olives

I think it's in the "Couscous and other Good Foods from Morocco" book. I know it has cracked green olives and preserved lemons in it.
